A new-generation lifestyle destination in Kuşadası

Kuşadası, one of the first places where tourism began in Turkey, has from the past to the present been a holiday destination that makes people smile whenever its name comes up, as if speaking of "an old friend." Recently, projects are being developed that will once again make Kuşadası a center of attraction.

With its personalized service approach, Unique Life Style Hotel brings together the magic of the sea, the pure texture of nature and the serenity of the Aegean under one roof. At the facility, Lucky's restaurant offers the pleasure of unique flavors amid a magnificent sea view, with world cuisines and the rich menu of world-renowned chefs.

Open 12 months a year and spread across a 10-decare area, the hotel is set by the seaside among pine and century-old olive trees. A living, vibrant landmark venue 24 hours a day, the facility offers accommodation, restaurant and entertainment concepts all together.

The facility features 58 rooms and 7 different room concepts. All rooms include full automation, underfloor heating, an adults' pool accessible from within the room, and in-room pools for winter. The main pool is heated with natural gas up to 40 degrees.

Lucky's Club hosted 8 artists on two giant stages. The facility is home to Lucky Resto Bar, Ayvalık Balıkçısı, Jojo Beach Club and Baraquda Lounge; and for coffee lovers, there is a Starbucks kiosk. Music performances by different groups five days a week draw intense interest not only from hotel guests but also from visitors coming from outside.

The project, brought to life through the investment partnership of Kuşadası business figures Sıtkı Kayalı, Semih Peköz, Oğuz Kağan Yurdakan, Mertan Köle and Özgür Özbek, became the region's rising star in as little as one year. Semih Peköz, one of the hotel's partners, said: "We set out to create a different concept."
